Simply Mobile is a mobile communications company based in Bangor, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. Although we are based in Bangor, that doesn’t mean we can’t come and see you in Belfast. Lisburn, Londonderry and Newry aren’t out of the equation either. Wherever you are, we can come and see you.

Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes, You can keep your current number and even transfer to another network with it, or you can simply take a new number. The choice is yours.
Can I keep my current mobile phone?
Yes, if you are happy with your current handset we will provide a tariff that fits your needs. We will take care of everything.

Can I check which network provider is best for my area?
Which networks can I be connected to?
We can connect to O2, Orange and Vodafone, three of the UK biggest networks. We will select the one that best suits your requirements and coverage.
Can I change my tariff during my contract period?
Within your first 9 months, it is not possible to change your tariff down. You can however change your tariff up at any stage of the contract.
Is it possible for me to add new users during my contract?
Yes, you can add new users to your contract at any time
Am I able to upgrade my handset during my contract period?
At the 12 month stage of your contract, we can review your tariff and handsets and if you are eligible for new handsets, we will do our level best to fulfill your requests.
Are my handsets covered by warranty/insurance?
Yes, handsets are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty. We can also add phone insurance to your tariff. Better to be safe than sorry.
Am I restricted in which handsets I am able to get?
As you will be aware, some handsets are more expensive than others. This means some handsets are more suitable on certain tariffs. However if the phone is on the market and you want it, we won’t let anything stop us providing it for you.
